For Noah Carter, volleyball is more than just a sport—it’s a platform to develop skills and inspire others. As captain of his high school’s varsity volleyball team in Austin, Noah is a powerhouse on the court and in the classroom. His 4.2 GPA places him among the top students in his class, and his leadership has propelled his team to consecutive district championships.
Noah’s journey began in middle school when his older sister, a collegiate volleyball player, introduced him to the sport. “At first, I just wanted to be like her, but I quickly fell in love with the game,” he shares. Standing at 6’3” with a powerful jump serve, Noah has become a key player in his team’s success.
Despite his demanding schedule, Noah is deeply committed to academics. He’s a member of the National Honor Society and takes advanced STEM courses, aspiring to study engineering in college. Off the court, Noah volunteers with a local after-school program, teaching volleyball to middle school students.
“Being a scholar-athlete is about balance and priorities,” Noah says. “Volleyball has taught me teamwork and discipline, which I apply to every area of my life.” With college recruiters taking notice, Noah’s future is as bright as his accomplishments.
